Finding Clarity When You Feel Stuck
Feeling stuck is rarely about a lack of options. Often it is about too much noise. A few reflective questions can help you hear yourself again.

Feeling stuck can be deeply uncomfortable. Yet it is often a sign that something in you is ready to change, even before you know what that change looks like.
Separate the noise from the signal
Write down every 'should' you are carrying. Then ask, gently: whose voice is this? Many of our expectations belong to someone else.
Ask a smaller question
Instead of 'What should I do with my life?', try 'What would make next week feel 10% more like me?'. Clarity often arrives through small, honest steps.
Let action create clarity
We often wait to feel certain before we move. In practice, movement is what creates certainty. Choose one small experiment and notice how it feels.
